Clubhouse and Grounds Hire

Our clubhouse and grounds at Beaconsfield Rugby Club can be available to hire to all members of the community

We have the flexibility to host a variety of events and would be happy to meet to discuss your precise requirements however recently we successfully hosted parties for

• School PTA Leavers
• Wedding and Engagements
• Christenings and Birthdays
• Charity Fundraising
• Other family and community events

We have ample parking including accessible access but are within walking distance to the town centre

Some of our younger hosts like a bouncy castle or two which we are more than happy to accommodate on the grass outside the clubhouse

You are welcome to have a band or DJ and we have some we are happy to recommend

We can offer a variety of catering options from a summer BBQ to freshly prepared meals from our kitchen whilst some guests prefer to bring food trucks into the adjacent car parks

We support local business with our meat supplied by Gleeson’s Butchers in Penn, plus local traders in the weekly Beaconsfield Market and our coffee from the Flying Bean Café
