Thank you Tony

Dear All ,

Following on from the Recent AGM I thought I would take time to clarify where we are with Club House renovations , Staff and the new season going forward .
Senior Fixtures for the new season have been released (see attached) and the Rugby world cup is on the horizon so we are all looking forward to a busy start .

We know that historically a world cup year brings new members rushing to sign up so it is important that we are ready to go by September 1st. 1st Sunday for the minis and Youth and the 7th September the 1XV first home game against Trowbridge.

Renovation and Club house decoration will begin on Monday 15th July with the main focus on the kitchen and storage and freshening up all public areas.

Staff , After a successful season with the bar and Kitchen being managed by Tony Rees there will be a period of handover to David Gray ( club secretary ). Tony has decided that after 14 years with the club and 10 of those as a committee member he must now put other personal commitments first. He has stepped down from the committee and his role of Membership secretary is handing over to Roger Levesley.

Tony has been an exceptional club member, Youth and Mini Chairman, Subscriptions Secretary, Vice Chairman and Clubhouse Manager. He has done outstanding work in every role he has undertaken and will be sorely missed, not least by me. He is not disappearing off the face of the earth and will continue to help and advise the club going forward. I am sure that you will all join me in thanking Tony for the excellent work he has done for BRFC and to wish him all the best in his next adventure

All communication for club house and membership must be sent to the following email addresses . and

Look forward to seeing you all in the new season, enjoy your summer holidays .
